Sorry, not on this release. I have paired with a gluten friendly crust maker and have tested their crust with several families in the area to good review. As such, I will be offering a very limited supply of gluten friendly thin crust pizzas with this release. Note: I prepare these pizzas in a completely separate process from the other pizzas to prevent cross contamination of flour. All of the other ingredients are exactly the same as the other thin crust pizzas. Please email me if you would like to order a Gluten Friendly pizza.

Being a Chicago resident for 15 years before moving to Boston, I learned to love these two styles of Chicago pizza. And for an even longer period of time I have been a very active exploratory cook for my family and friends. While I do have a day job, this project has been a real merger of those two passions-- though not without the not so subtle inspiration from a great friend!
