2) Delivery: We can deliver your frozen pizza to your house for a $5 fee. Delivery times will correspond with the pick-up window.
We've designed our pizza to be frozen upon pick-up/delivery. This will allow you greater flexibility when you would like to make them. So the pizzas will be frozen when you receive them. After pre-heating the oven (or grill), cooking time should be about an 60 minutes for the deep dish and 15 minutes for the thin crust.
*Please note cooking times could differ due to differences in oven temperatures.
DEEP DISH:
1- Prepare oven by placing rack on the bottom shelf & preheating to 450 degrees.
2- Remove the plastic cover.
3- Remove the pizza from the pan, use a paper towell to wipe away any moisture within the pan (thanks PF!) and place the pizza back in the pan & into the oven.
3- Cook times will vary but start checking the pizza at 45 minutes, but expect it to take more like 55-60 minutes. When the crust reaches a dark brown hue, you will know the pizza is done. **It is better to overcook it a bit to help prevent a soggy bottom crust**
4- Remove from the oven and let stand for 5-10 minutes.
5- Transfer pizza to cutting board and sliced with a large knife.
THIN CRUST: For best results, use (and pre-heat) a pizza stone. Also, these cook well in both an oven and a gas grill.
1- Prepare oven/grill by placing rack on the bottom shelf, adding pizza stone & preheat to 450 degrees.
2- Once pre-heated, place the frozen pizza on the pizza stone.
3- Cook times vary, but start peaking around 10 minutes. When the cheese on top starts to turn a light/dark brown, use the cardboard sleeve to remove the pizza. Enjoy!!
